Job Description
•Hands-on experience with large scale Insurance BPS Outsourcing and Transformation sales cycles
•Operations Experience In Insurance BPS Will Be Preferred
•Reaching CXOs and articulating how TCS can help in their business growth by leveraging cross industry trends and technology transformation.
•Drive large and strategic deals across P&C Insurance.
•End to end responsibility of deal spotting, qualification, shaping and winning. Industry domain knowledge is a must.
•Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted prospects.
•Work in close collaboration with TCS' market development and sales-support teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs.
•Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust.
•The candidate should be prepared to travel (domestic/international) per the need of the sales cycle.
•Demonstrable experience of large and strategic BPS deals in the recent past
•bility to play at the highest CxO level and with business leadership.

Qualifications:
Must have Deep P&C and Sales knowledge in BPS/BPO
