Our client, a leader in the industry that focuses on unique very technical projects, is a large regional union contractor that is extremely stable and experiencing consistent growth. This contractor is highly respected in the industry and prides itself on quality work and professionalism. Successful candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager working on commercial, institutional, or government projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of project finances and project controls, with expertise in Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal. The role involves managing projects from award to closeout, mainly working on large, long-term, sophisticated local projects with minimal travel requirements.
