The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering and a successful history of managing large-scale MEP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee MEP design, commissioning, and construction processes for large and intricate projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify project needs, devise strategies, and create project timelines.
  • Guarantee adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Offer technical direction and support to project teams, maintaining high standards of MEP design and execution.
  • Track project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement necessary corrective measures.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the construction field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP design, commissioning, and construction.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex MEP projects.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
