Compensation
  • Supervisor: Competitive pay starting at $37+ based on experience
  • Mechanic: Competitive pay starting at $30+ based on experience
  • Helper: Competitive pay starting at $24 based on experience
  • Sign-on Bonus: Available after the probationary period
Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess the capability to:

  • Oversee one or multiple commercial HVAC projects simultaneously
  • Manage project scope effectively
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite activities including scheduling, engineering, and material control
  • Ensure that projects are executed in alignment with design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines
  • Communicate with trade superintendents to guarantee sufficient supervision throughout the project
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with field personnel and internal stakeholders
  • Foster a healthy relationship with external clients
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly project forecasts
