Position:
Mechanical Piping Project Supervisor

Role Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Piping Project Supervisor, you will be instrumental in evaluating, executing, and documenting all facets of the safety protocols within our construction operations.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year for the Mechanical Piping Project Supervisor role.

Job Requirements:

Specific Qualifications:
Applicants must have experience supervising craft in a self-performing environment. A minimum of 5 years in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction is required, with expertise in mechanical process piping, advanced process piping, and HVAC systems. Candidates should have managed projects exceeding $5 million in size.

Experience in monitoring production and controlling costs is essential. Familiarity with management controls such as scheduling, cost management, procurement, and quality/safety during project execution is necessary.

Prior hands-on experience in mechanical trades is required, and previous professional licensing is advantageous. Demonstrated experience in industrial and institutional mechanical construction is expected.

The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently is crucial.

Certifications:
OSHA 30-hour certification is required prior to the start date (the company will provide the online course at no cost to the employee).
