Job DescriptionJob Description

Well-established Mechanical Company is looking for experienced: Sheet Metal Foreman- Mechanics and helpers.

  • Foreman- Pay up to $ 37+with experience
  • Mechanic- Pay up to $ 30+ with experience
  • Helper- Pay up to $ 24 with experience
  • Sign on Bonus after probation period

To work in the suburbs of Baltimore and Washington.
* Must have own tools
* Be able to read drawings
* Paid vacation & Holidays
* Top pay based on experience

Ideal candidate must have the ability to:

  • Manage One or Multiple Commercial-HVAC Projects Concurrently
  • Manage, Scope 
  • Plan, Coordinate and Supervise Onsite Functions: Scheduling, Engineering, Material Control
  • Ensure Project(S) are Constructed in Accordance with Design, Budget and Schedule
  • Communicate with Trade Superintendents to Assure Adequate Supervision of the Total Project
  • Establish and Maintain A Good Working Relationships with the Field Trade Personnel and other Internal Customers
  • Maintain A Positive and Healthy Relationship with External Customers
  • Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Projections
