Overview The Proposal Specialist is responsible for communications with the client branches, identifying their need, articulating their project request and basic production responsibilities within the Marketing Hub. How you'll make an impact Write and edit high-quality, persuasive content for bid proposals, and more. Ability to gain a deep understanding of our products to market them effectively to universities and colleges. Create professional presentations using MS Word and MS PowerPoint to support competitive bidding proposals and client meetings. Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of answers to common questions for the higher education sector. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their marketing objectives and turning requests into actionable items for the creative production team. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and deliver marketing materials that meet brand standards, marketing goals and deadlines. Learn to use our project management app (Wrike.com) to handle the end-to-end project lifecycle, such as collecting client creative briefs, quality control reviews, client approvals and final asset deliveries. Provide regular updates to clients on project status and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required. Highly Preferred: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Strong understanding of design basics. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experienced with proposal writing.
