Zurich NA F&I Customer Support Associate or Consultant - Sioux Falls, South Dakota Zurich is currently looking to hire an entry-level F&I Customer Support Associate or F&I Customer Support Consultant to join the F&I Customer Services Team. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible under direct supervision to process non-routine telephone and electronic inquiries from the organization’s agents/brokers, insured, regulators, customers, claimants, and prospective customers, to ensure delivery of excellent customer service. The Customer Support Consultant will process a high volume of inquiries that may require extensive research. Must be willing to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm CST with an occasional Saturday. Overtime as required. This position is a hybrid model that supports a blend of in-office and remote work from one of the following office locations: Anoka, MN; Overland Park, KS; Schaumburg, IL; or Sioux Falls, SD. Responsibilities Research and respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from customers. Enter inquiry data into tracking system. Prepare Agent Broker Referrals to prospective customers. Locate claims office staff for insureds and other parties calling to report claims. Identify appropriate business or marketing reps for agents seeking appointments. Investigate and route complaints from national/local insurance regulators to appropriate offices for resolution. The role will be filled at the Customer Support Associate or Customer Support Consultant level. The hiring manager will determine the appropriate level based upon the selected applicant’s experience and skill set relative to the qualifications listed for this position. Basic Qualifications Customer Support Associate: High School Diploma and no prior experience required in the Customer Service area. AND Experience with Microsoft Office. OR Customer Support Consultant: Bachelor’s Degree and no prior experience required in the Customer Service area. OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Customer Service area. AND Experience with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Ability to multi-task using multiple applications. Ability to handle various systems with multiple monitors. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Detail oriented.
