Leads new hire onboarding and continuing education sessions on topics of quality control guidelines and standards Required travel to visit other company facilities, corporate meetings and conferences as needed. Travel can be multiple days at a time. Responsible for all Quality department duties and team members, includes but not limited to: hiring, training, planning, resolution & delegation of duties and tasks, disciplinary actions, performance and merit reviews. Knowledge of departmental budgetary and expenditure plans and proposals a plus Quality Manager Job Qualificatio ns: High School diploma or equivalent Prefer 2 year technical degree in related field 3 years applied experience 5 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity suitable equivalent for listed education
