Human Resources Coordinator

will be responsible for organizing and coordinating a variety of HR program and assisting colleagues with HR related tasks and questions.

Responsibilities: Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team Assist with all different facets of HR operation including recruitment, training and basic information of benefits Support the recruitment/hiring process by posting positions, administering background checks and reporting results Assist with new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out Assist Human Resources in organizing employee events and celebrations Complete administrative duties including ordering of office supplies

Qualifications: Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity High school diploma required, college degree preferred Experience with Microsoft Office products is required Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
