Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description

A leading construction management firm is seeking a dynamic Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their team and help drive their growth strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers and the executive team to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Attend weekly meetings to strategize various pursuits in different regions.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services and capabilities.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and newsletters, to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Organize and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Work closely with the executive team to align business development and marketing strategies with overall company goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, marketing performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2+ years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the construction or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding of construction management processes and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
