As the Fungicide Product Marketing Lead, you willdevelopstrategies and provideleadershiptomaximizethe lifetime profitability of products within the Syngenta Fungicide portfolio. You will ensure all US Commercial Units receiveexcellentbrands that are well-designed, properly positioned and efficiently supplied for incorporation intocustomeroffers. Additionally, you willdeveloplaunch plans and go-to-market strategies for new products and formulations entering the portfolio in the future. Accountabilities: Developproduct and portfolio strategies for assignedactiveingredients and/or markets from development or acquisition through the entire life-cycle. Lead development of assigned 5-year Product Plans defining portfolio evolution, product launches, product positioning, marketing and go-to-market direction, pricingstrategy, rangemanagementand short- and mid-term guidance to Commercial Units andSupportFunctions. Lead assigned North America PortfolioStrategyTeams (PSTs) ensuring buy-in and fullsupportfrom all functional groups todriveimplementation of 5-year plans. Ownership of the brand pricing strategies; provide guidance on discount use and programs; ensure pricing consistency across Commercial Units. Developin-season marketing tactics tomanagesales and profitability of assigned brands andcollaboratewith Commercial Units on getting buy-in, approval and implementation. Createand maintainexcellentbrands and brandawarenessby providing clear product positioning,directingadvertising & promotion, and maintaining brand consistency across Commercial Units, markets and offers. Incollaborationwith Technical ProductLeads, define product development plans and priorities and work with Development Functions and Global Marketing to secure prioritization, resourcing, and timely delivery of development efforts. Develop,manage, and implement Product Life-cycleManagementstrategyand actions incollaborationwith Global Assets. Collaborationwith planning team, Commercial Units and Production & Supply to ensure high quality forecasting and timely supply to minimize lost sales andmaximizeability to take advantage ofdemandupside opportunities. Qualifications

Required: A minimum of Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing,Communications, Business, and/or related field). A minimum of 5yearsof marketing an/dor sales experience (Agricultural industry or similar field preferred). All applicants must be able to work in the US without sponsorship from Syngenta. Preferred: ExcellentUnderstandingof marketdynamicsandcompetitiveenvironment. Excellentcommunicationand presentation skills. Experience influencingdirectand indirectcross functionalrelationships, including those on a global level. Demonstratedeffectivetrack recordin people, process, andproject management. Possession of deep and broad crop and product knowledge. Excellentknowledge of marketingprinciples- positioning, market & financial analysis,communications.
