About The Role

As the Email Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute email marketing strategies to
drive engagement, conversions, customer retention, and bookings. You will oversee various
aspects of email and database marketing, from cold email deliverability to advanced
automation, database management, split testing, and campaign execution. This role requires a
deep understanding of email marketing best practices, data-driven decision-making, and the
ability to manage and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. The candidate will need to
work partially during US-friendly timings with flexible work hours.

Role Responsibilities:

Email Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to achieve business
goals.
Segment and target audiences to ensure personalized and relevant messaging.
Cold Email Deliverability:
Ensure high deliverability rates for cold email campaigns through best practices in list
hygiene, email authentication, and spam compliance.
Monitor and analyze deliverability metrics to identify and resolve issues.
Automation and Workflow Management:
Develop and manage sophisticated email automation workflows to nurture leads and
engage customers.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email content, subject lines, and send
times.
Database Management:
Maintain and grow the email marketing database with clean and up-to-date records.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product
launches, and promotional offers.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling email creatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of any email marketing platforms (e.g., Smartlead, SendGrid,
Quickmail, HubSpot, Marketo,) and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.

Work Experience:
Proven 4+ years experience in email marketing, focusing on cold email deliverability,
automation, database management, and campaign management.
