Job Description:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of PipeIQ.ai’s products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. A key aspect of this role is your ability to craft sharp, compelling messaging that speaks directly to the needs and pain points of specific audiences, ensuring our products stand out in a competitive landscape. If you are passionate about product marketing, thrive in startup environments, and have a proven track record of taking companies from zero to one, we want to hear from you. Please note that this is an equity-only role until we raise a significant round of funding.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Positioning and Messaging: Craft sharp, impactful product positioning and messaging that resonates with specific target audiences, addressing their unique challenges and driving demand for PipeIQ.ai’s solutions.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver impactful sales enablement materials, including product collateral, presentations, and training sessions, to empower the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to close deals.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality marketing content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and product videos, that showcases the value of PipeIQ.ai’s solutions and speaks directly to our target audience.
  • Customer Advocacy: Work closely with Customer Success to identify and nurture customer advocates, and leverage customer stories to drive product credibility and market awareness.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and webinars, to generate leads and drive product adoption.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and provide regular reports to leadership with insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS, AI, or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft sharp, targeted messaging that resonates with specific audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise software market and sales processes.
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
