Job Description As a key member of the Global Analytics team on Mars, the primary role of the Client Manager is to support the key client relationships across the Mars Global and Europe region and to deliver value on the client’s NIQ partnership. He/she will partner with the Mars CMI leads in defining and delivering against the strategic insight agenda for Mars across the Global Confectionery teams, acting as a consultant, a problem solver and the voice of NIQ at our client. Responsibilities Drive client satisfaction and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Leverage NIQ and Mars tools across both retail measurement, consumer panel and other data sets to deliver impactful and insightful analysis aligned to client business issues. Collaborate with client delivery teams on analytic briefs and manage successful deliverables. Identify and help drive sales opportunities by liaising with experts across the NIQ consulting teams, designing customized solutions when appropriate. Work consultatively and creatively with both client and NIQ teams, acting as the NIQ expert to challenge clients and offer solutions and recommendations. Participate in occasional business travel for key client meetings and workshops. Mentor and coach junior team members, collaborating to drive both the client and the NIQ agenda. Participate in the broader client success community, driving thought leadership and best practices. Qualifications College or University Degree. 2+ years of experience in an FMCG analytics environment, carrying out data analytics. Strong communications skills, with the ability to work, write and speak in fluent English. Experience working with Syndicated POS Data (Discover, Connect, AOD, Spectra), Homescan Panel Data, and/or Numerator. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; experience or knowledge of key BI tools is an advantage. Confident and engaging personality, embracing diversity and building connections globally. Recent experience with client management/servicing with commercial acumen. Ability to proactively understand clients and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
