The Shipping/Receiving Position will be primarily responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Duties also include Tracking and Updating Status on all incoming and outgoing shipments, Inventory Control and Counts as well as the Organization and Cleanliness of Warehouse spaces.
NOTE: The right Candidate will be given more responsibility within Warehouse and Purchasing duties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Shipping/Receiving
Staging
Inventory Counts
Data Entry
Tracking and Communicating Parts Orders
Organization and cleanliness of Warehouse Spaces
Handling End-to-end RMA's
Parts delivery and pick up.
Other Warehouse Duties
Requirements:
Intermediate/Advanced Excel experience a huge plus
Inventory Management System Experience a Plus
Experience with Online Selling Platforms like Amazon and eBay a Plus
Willingness to learn computerized information systems
Ability to Work Independently
Demonstrates ability to work within teams in a dynamic work environment
Demonstrates ability to Organize and Manage Warehouse
Effective Written and Communication Skills
Demonstrated Data Entry Skills
Willingness to learn new Responsibilities and Grow within the Company
Willingness to help with Needs outside of the Daily Scope of Responsibility
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
