Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Security Monster. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of goods and materials into and out of our warehouse
- Track and update status on all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment
- Handle end-to-end returns and exchanges
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of online selling platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 5-25lbs regularly, 25-50lbs occasionally, and 50+lbs rarely

Work Environment:
Our warehouse is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team to achieve our goals. You will be required to stand for 50% of your shift and lift up to 25lbs regularly.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a warehouse or supply chain role is preferred.
