****Why This Job****

The CMC Procurement Customer Service Representative (CSR) reports to the Procurement Indirect Category Manager and is responsible for fielding internal communications via email or phone, with the intention of being able to answer the customer's question, or, if the answer is beyond the CSR's knowledge base, knowing who within the company the question should be directed to.

* Field customer service communications (i.e. questions, inquires, etc.)

* Track status/progress of all inquiries

* Administer key procurement programs such as ATM and Cash In Transit Services, Small Package Shipping, Mailing, Office Supplies, and Kronos

* Address questions and requests related to other Procurement programs such as Promotional Programs, Subscriptions, Document Storage, etc.

* Communicate routinely & consistently with Indirect Category Manager regarding additional administrative projects outside of normal duties

* 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role preferred

* Supply Chain knowledge a plus

* Basic computer skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
