Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager. Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints. Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay. Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies. Qualifications: Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills. Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position. At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field. Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus.
