Responsibilities:
  • Build, or update, and align talent management processes, systems and reporting to ensure they are integrated with the organization's strategic talent agenda.
  • Manage and support complex projects in multiple talent management disciplines, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership/career development.
  • Lead project, communication, and implementation plans to support various talent initiatives.
  • Work with external vendor and internal IT department to ensure Human Capital Management systems are aligned and configured to support various practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and leverage relationships with key external partners who provide talent management services.
  • Build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, influence key stakeholders and build consensus around decision making and problem solving.
  • Ensure metrics are in place to measure the effectiveness of key programs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, talent development, performance management, succession planning, surveys and assessments, and/or career development
  • Experience working with human resource management technology - configurations, tracking and reporting
  • Strong Microsoft Office software experience - specifically presentation and worksheet management
  • Experience working within an internal talent COE
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with assessment tools used for selection and development
  • Experience managing employee engagement survey processes
  • Previous experience working with senior leaders and executives
  • Competency development experience
