Job Description

Actus Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our company.

This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to ensure visibility and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Promote the company's brand and values to potential candidates and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
