Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and structured individual to join our Talent Development Team as a Talent Development Specialist. This role is responsible for coordinating the execution of our Learning Management System (LMS) eLearning course catalog, including creation, maintenance, and tracking of learning objects and course offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Catalog Management: Maintain training activity records and reporting in Workday and associated LMS tools.
  • Talent Development Team Support: Support the Talent Development Team with project tracking, process and procedure documents, project status tracking and reporting, and team availability via calendar management.
  • Employee Engagement: Track and report on employee participation and/or assessment results.
  • Financial Management: Timely process all training-related invoices.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all logistics related to training activities within scope; smoothly resolve any conflicts that arise.
  • Request Management: Manage the development team ticketing system requests and the team email account(s); tracks requests, forwards requests for action and ensures timely follow up.
  • Process Improvement: Reviews ticketing requests and email escalations for actionable trends and/or process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Coordinator, HR Assistant or a similar and related role
  • Technical Skills: Minimum of 2 years experience working with Learning Management Systems and tools, Workday LMS experience preferred. Proficient in MS Office (O365) and SmartSheets
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized and structured work orientation, self-managed and self-motivated work style, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enthusiastic, flexible, team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision, ability to consult with teammates at all organizational levels, actions embody Caliber's Core Values
