Service Specialist II Hours:

Full-time Location: Houston, TX Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm. Some on-call weekends and evenings required. THE POSITION: Schedule and make deliveries of home medical equipment (HME) to patients' homes Perform and instruct initial equipment set-up as needed Complete data entry and reports regarding deliveries and customer visits Develop relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and coworkers at PHS Assist in Warehouse duties, such as pulling tickets, receiving, and inventory THE BENEFITS: Competitive pay Paid time off Short & Long-Term Disability & Life insurance 401K plan Professional Development Education Reimbursement Preferred Qualifications: DME/Home Health or other related experience is preferred. The qualified candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Warehouse and/or driving experience in the area is a plus.
