Expert Water Removal is hiring a Business Development Manager job in Sarasota, FL.

Expert Water Removal is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Sarasota, FL. As a leading provider of water removal and restoration services, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. Expert Water Removal is a full-service general contractor specializing in 24-hour emergency water, mold, and fire cleanup and reconstruction company servicing southwest Florida from Tampa Bay to Naples. At Expert Water Removal, our team takes pride in the services that we provide and the client relationships that we build. Expert Water Removal is a part of HighGround, a member of the Trivest portfolio of companies.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop the pipeline of new business through prospecting. This requires a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, service offerings, and competition.
Develop and maintain key relationships with clients, including but not limited to: Property Managers, Business Owners, Condominium managers, board of directors, Healthcare, Facility Managers, Risk Managers, Maintenance teams, etc.
Identify targets: Commercial Class A and Condo/HOA
Conduct education and training programs to grow our sales with Commercial opportunities. Examples would include but are not limited to CE, Lunch and Learns, and Co-Marketing Events for Property Managers, Business Owners, Healthcare Facilities, etc.
Join and get involved with Associations within the Industry that will generate leads, such as: CAI, Chamber of Commerce, BMI.
When applicable, represent Expert Water Removal at Tradeshows/Golf-outings and similar events to create business opportunities. Drive the creation of engaging and impactful displays and excitement around the brand.
Job Requirements:
5+ years outside sales experience required, within the restoration industry ideal, but not necessary
Must be able to attend networking functions 1-2 evenings a month
Valid Florida driver's license
Must enjoy hunting after new business and opportunities
