Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of five distinct SharePoint Site collections. Engage with stakeholders to understand and fulfill their site design and collaboration space needs. Create instructional materials and train non-tech-savvy users on SharePoint functionalities. Actively manage site content, ensuring timely updates and archiving. Efficiently handle requests for changes, clarifying and resolving any uncertainties. Continuously refine and enhance the organization's Knowledge Management (KM) practices as it grows. Promote and facilitate the effective use of KM tools and methodologies. Lead the creation and execution of training programs focused on KM practices and tools. Tackle challenges in KM adoption and foster a culture that values knowledge sharing.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in developing SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries (SharePoint 2016/Online). Minimum 2 years of experience in managing SharePoint permissions and setting up custom permission groups. At least 1 year of recent experience in deploying KM strategies or solution delivery. Competence in crafting custom workflows. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong orientation towards providing outstanding customer service.
