Under the direction of the Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, the employee will be responsible for clean inspect and lube, centerline management system, 5S system, integrity of process data, and the Oscar scrap elimination system. This role involves participating in annual planning, weekly PDCA meetings, and Daily Level 2 meetings. The employee will lead transformation analysis, center line definition, develop control strategies, and lead root cause problem-solving efforts. Additionally, coaching teams on CIL, CLM, 5S, FPQ, and Oscar systems execution is essential. Working Conditions

40 hours per week/8 hours daily/5 days per week Works overtime as required Flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with employees on other shifts as required Work is indoors, Primary production floor is wet, Secondary locations are occasionally wet, seasonal climate Must wear PPE: bump cap/hard hat, safety glasses, slip-resistant shoes, earplugs Duties/Responsibilities:

Facilitates line loss analysis and throughput improvement plans Leads transformation analysis and centerline definition Analyzes daily and shift line data to identify loss elimination opportunities Participates in internal audit program, food safety committee, and sanitary design team Investigates root cause of top stops Attends level 2 and DDS meetings Ensures centerline completion and compliance Works with Process Owner and Maintenance Lead to address losses Leads Universal Problem Solving to eliminate chronic losses Manages centerline and Quality Daily Management Systems Performs all other duties as assigned by management Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing & walking required Prolonged periods working on feet, frequent bending and stooping Other Requirements:

Capable of learning intermediate Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Matrics, and ZPI skills Strong planning/organizational and communication skills Ability to understand and coach management systems like CIL, CLM, and 5S Ability to understand and write WINs, SOPs, and OPLs Can effectively lead RCFA events Location(s)
