Key Responsibilities
  • Lean Construction Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Lean Construction principles and methodologies to enhance team skills and improve construction processes.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to construction processes to identify areas for improvement, utilizing statistical tools and software to monitor performance metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline construction processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting the use of Lean tools and techniques, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process improvement initiatives, including progress updates, results, and recommendations for further enhancements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all process improvement activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Education: College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of civil construction, safety, and quality control.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Process Improvement Experience: Experience in process improvement initiatives, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Compliance: Ability to comply with industry regulations and company policies.
