Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance construction efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to construction processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, foremen, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Lead training sessions on Lean Construction principles and methodologies to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to drive process excellence.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure compliance with established standards.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction, safety, and quality control principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience in process improvement and Lean Construction methodologies is highly desirable.
