THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities

  • Managing office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assisting in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining office supplies and managing office inventory.
  • Supporting the HR and finance departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Ensuring the office is running smoothly by addressing any operational needs.
  • Assisting in onboarding new employees and providing them with necessary resources.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
