Job Title: OFFICE ASSISTANT, Property Management Project- Mount Laurel, NJ

Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our Property Management team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and applicants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records in accordance with Conifer standards.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, mail, phones, copying, and scanning.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence, office memos, reports, and monthly newsletters.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including multi-line telephone system, computer, printer, photocopy machine, facsimile machine, and scanner.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • AAS in Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1+ years' administrative office and customer service experience required.
  • Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and prior experience with Yardi Voyager or other housing industry software preferred.
