Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, with the option to work hybrid in the Boston or Indiana offices.

The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will:

  • Evaluate performance data to enhance landing pages, lead generation forms, cross-channel CTAs, and purchase funnels, aiming to boost eCommerce conversion rates and generate marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-centered strategies for conversion rate optimization, focusing on enhancing campaign performance and increasing conversion rates.
  • Monitor and assess website and digital campaign performance across various brands and channels, including email, paid search, and SEO.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to the leadership team, spotlighting key performance indicators and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement optimization strategies effectively.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to refine website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels.
  • Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and other senior leaders to drive growth initiatives.
  • Strong performance may lead to advancement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Conversion Rate Optimization and/or Web Analytics is essential.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills are required.
  • Expertise in testing and optimizing responsive websites, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  • Experience in user behavior research is necessary.
  • Strategic UX/UI design experience is required.
  • A/B testing proficiency is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both external vendors and internal team members in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for a degree in marketing and/or statistics.
  • Proficient with website CMS and CRM interfaces, such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Google Tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), SEO Tools (e.g., SEM Rush), HubSpot, and A/B testing tools.
  • Experience in the education/training sector or agency is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a lean and rapidly changing entrepreneurial environment is required.
