We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our paid programs, with the largest emphasis on paid search. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and demand generation, and has a strong analytical mindset. This role is a hybrid position, and the employee will be expected to be in our Boston office 4 days a week. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms, with an understanding of best practices (campaign structure, a/b testing, bid strategy management, etc)
  • Proven track record of creating and scaling successful ROI-driven campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Previous SaaS experience preferred, but not required
  • Salesforce, Tableau, or Heap reporting skills are preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement paid search strategies across multiple search engines and platforms, and practice daily optimizations and upkeep of those campaigns
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
  • Analyze data from ad platforms, Google Analytics, and Salesforce to monitor demand and revenue performance and uncover areas of improvement
  • Create and optimize compelling ad copy that drives high click-through and conversion rates
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of the game and identify new trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of paid search campaigns
