PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Daily and weekly updates on all reporting aspects for National Accounts such as Walmart stores using Retail Link, Amazon.com using Vendor Central and other National Accounts platforms.
  • Maintain Global data information through GS1 standards.
  • Creation of GTINs as requested and maintains the used GTINs so they are not duplicated by GS1 standards.
  • Submit all new item set ups through mandated data sync services including IBM, 1 World Sync, ECC Net Pro Sync (Canadian retailers), SV Harbor and other retailer portals.
  • Complete item set-up sheets for National accounts managers as needed.
  • Process SDS requests and maintain information through on-line site, WERCS.
  • Develop and maintain Sales Spec Sheets for new products which include weights, dimensions, UPC codes, product numbers, etc. for Zippo and Ronson products as well as customer set up and spec sheets.
  • Work with buyers and replenishment managers to assure we are meeting/exceeding standards in inventory control, on-time shipments, and line management.
  • Manage Walmart weekly ladder plans outlining inventory needs and goals through excel.
  • EDI order processing and new item setup for cross reference so that they are not duplicated.
  • Back up for order entry for Walmart, McLane, Walgreens, and FDM accounts.
  • Manual entry of faxed orders for Walmart processed by the end of the day.
  • Miscellaneous new product entry requests.
  • Weekly report for fulfillment to help keep stock in inventory for Food, Drug, and Mass Accounts.
  • Order and Maintain sample inventories for both Zippo and Ronson items.
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data to increase general sales productivity through AX, Retail Link, and other retailer portals.
  • Develop and understand new program NPD to help drive top line business insights to key leadership on current and future business trends.
  • Develop detailed reporting through AX and excel for Walmart, Kroger, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and any other accounts where reporting is readily available.
  • Assist Director of Sales and Channel Business Manager in creating deck presentations for customer meetings which includes providing high level data and business insights regarding current or future business trends.
  • Manage Walmart.com content and setups through Salsify in regard to Walmart.com active items.
  • Run sales reports: market basket analysis, Deck preparation, Retail Link Reports, AX, etc.
  • Analyze sales and provide customers both internal and external with actionable sales insights and action plans.
  • Work with transportation team on supply chain needs and challenges to ensure timely order deliveries.
  • Manage data through SPS commerce for Cabela's, Bass Pro, Dicks Sporting Goods, REI, Academy.
  • Compile and manage data for Case Knives/Jessup team as well as providing inventory feedback and actionable insights regarding current and future business trends.
  • Create high level reporting, charts, graphs and other materials to help in analyzing our business on a chain-by-chain basis.
  • Complete online paperwork for CTL testing and shipping out new product to be tested.
  • Collect daily Walmart checks to compare allowance deductions with the credit dept. Collect all needed paperwork for disputing any inaccurate claims and keep track of paid/unpaid disputes.
  • Perform related duties or special assignments as assigned.
EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associates degree in related field
  • Experience with Retail Link (Wal-Mart), GDS1, 1 World Sync and other data sync supported services, Salsify, Kroger Portals, SPS Global helpful.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite abilities (most especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of AX operating system preferred
  • Travel 2-3 times per year for meetings and training
