Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will lead and mentor a group of skilled framers dedicated to fostering customer relationships while delivering tailored framing solutions for their artwork. Your primary focus will be on driving sales in custom framing and assisting clients in crafting memorable presentations for their pieces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company initiatives, maintaining adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Guide and develop the team’s sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of premium custom framing solutions by effectively planning workloads in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Meet and exceed your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while helping the framing team achieve their individual goals.
  • Analyze sales and production workloads to create actionable plans and optimize sales floor engagement.
  • Implement and manage inventory control processes as assigned.
  • Oversee shrink and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members, supporting their development and performance management.
  • Collaborate daily with MODs to align on framing expectations and team performance.
  • Engage with customers in a respectful and positive manner, promoting the organization's vision and values.
  • Participate in inventory unloading and stocking to maintain store standards.
  • Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide customer assistance in locating products and offering solutions.
  • Support omni-channel processes as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Required Experience:
  • Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in custom framing is highly desirable.
  • Background in retail management.
  • Proven experience in leading a sales team.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to navigate throughout the store.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.
  • If assistance is needed to perform these functions, please consult your supervisor for reasonable accommodations.
Work Environment:
  • Retail setting focused on customer service; climate-controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled; potential outdoor tasks may include retrieving shopping carts or unloading deliveries; frame shop equipped with glass cutting and heat pressing tools; work hours may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
