  • Inventory Management: Participate in taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory for accuracy, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer purchases, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
