What Youll Do:
- Handle Inbound calls from various sources including; TV, Radio, Direct Mail, Facebook, Search, and various other internet sources
- Review internal data through CRM systems to ensure accuracy and prevent overbooking with product specialists
- Make Outbound calls to assist with scheduling or rescheduling of appointments
- Collaborating with the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness
- Maintain a knowledge base of products and services and assist call center representatives with difficult product questions
What Youll Bring:
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a goal-oriented environment
- Providing customers an amazing experience
- Excellent computer and voice skills with attention to detail
- Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
- High energy and willingness to learn
- Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
- Scheduling availability between 11am to 8pm, with at least 1 weekend day availability
