Role Summary:

The Lead Analyst for Oracle Supply Chain is tasked with developing a comprehensive supply chain framework for new initiatives. This role collaborates closely with Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, and Purchasing Teams. The incumbent will define and implement integrated Global Supply Chain solutions utilizing Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Demantra Demand Management (DM) modules from the Oracle E-Business Suite.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible hours with potential weekend availability for global support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with supply chain operations to identify business needs, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement in the Supply Chain Planning process, designing solutions with Oracle ASCP, Demantra, and related systems.
  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of functional options, alternatives, and system capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, creating necessary documentation and collaborating with IT teams for implementation, testing, and training on system configuration changes.
  • Utilize production planning and MRP data from Oracle to develop offline models for capital expenditure and headcount decision-making, sourcing strategies, and schedule optimization.
  • Recommend system improvements to meet user requirements effectively.
  • Ensure user requirements are accurately defined and met, completing tasks within set timeframes while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Validate that delivered solutions provide tangible value to the business, preparing satisfaction, utilization, and ROI assessments.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams on both regional and global levels.
  • Oversee adherence to standard processes among Supply Chain and Operations users, maintaining quality and performance against service levels and schedules.
  • Identify and resolve system issues, managing problem resolution activities for the supply chain team.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members to ensure comprehensive information flow for project requirements.
  • Possess in-depth functional knowledge of ASCP and Demantra modules, along with basic technical understanding of related applications and databases.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Accounting, MIS, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in an ERP environment, preferably with Oracle ERP across various modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Strong understanding of Demand/Supply Planning and Sales & Operational Planning processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, integrated thinking, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.
  • Exceptional communication skills are required for effective collaboration with business teams.
  • Experience with at least two core Supply Chain processes, including Procurement, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management.
  • Active participation in multiple Oracle implementation projects in either a functional or technical role is necessary.
  • Ability to perform basic SQL queries and familiarity with Oracle data models and table structures.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in Oracle R12 ASCP, Demantra, Purchasing, and Inventory modules is required.
  • Experience with integration of external order entry and 3PL systems is preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with all project team members, including business, technical, and management personnel.

Physical Requirements:

Employees may need to lift materials up to 30 pounds and travel to various work locations, including remote sites. Effective communication with team members at all levels is essential.

Work Environment:

The primary work environment is a temperature-controlled office, with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities, adhering to safety protocols as necessary.
