**Position Overview:** As a Clinical Sourcing Administrator, you will engage with clinicians across all levels to drive product standardization, facilitate the introduction of new products, and ensure a balance between clinical effectiveness and cost efficiency. You will lead the initiative for product standardization throughout the health system.
To achieve these objectives, you will collaborate closely with Service Lines, System CNO groups, clinicians, vendors, and various Avera professionals in Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Finance, and Legal Services to navigate processes that yield optimal results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead teams to make timely decisions utilizing analytics, clinical equivalency research, trials (when applicable), vendor presentations, and other pertinent information.
+ Coordinate with internal supply chain partners to gather necessary data for analytics and contracting.
+ Ensure successful transition of decisions and information to relevant internal teams for implementation across the Avera system.
**Qualifications:**
+ A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a certification in Surgical Technology or another relevant medical certification is required; a Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health is preferred.
+ A minimum of 5 years of pertinent clinical experience.
+ Experience in product selection, vendor management, contracts, or physician preference items is essential.
**Work Schedule:**
+ Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends; 80 hours every two weeks.
**Compensation:**
The hourly wage for this role is competitive and based on experience, starting at $41.50 per hour.
