Position Overview

This role is essential in executing fundamental Supply Chain operations. The primary responsibility involves processing requests for supplies and ensuring timely delivery as required. Utilizes the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to accurately manage the issuance and release of products. Selects items for delivery and organizes them systematically on carts for efficient transport.

Key Responsibilities

Supply and Equipment Management

· Responsible for receiving and processing supply orders.

· Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

· Properly collect and return items to Central Supply.

· Clean and prepare equipment for delivery.

Supply Delivery

· Safely transport supplies and equipment throughout the facility.

· Ensure accurate and efficient placement of supplies.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the supply area.

· Identify and report product shortages and excesses.

Customer Service Excellence

· Communicate issues to leadership and relay pertinent information.

· Notify Inventory Controller of stock shortages.

· Provide frontline solutions to assist customers with supply needs, escalating to management as necessary.

Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in healthcare or inventory management.

Licenses/Certifications:

Valid driver's license required for work-related driving.
