Description: This opportunity is for a Customer Success professional with strong account management experience and a proven track record of driving up customer loyalty. As a Customer Success Manager, you're entrusted with the relationships and commercial well-being of SalesHood's customers. You're experienced and passionate about the discipline of sales enablement. You're responsible for making sure that our customers are consistently realizing quantifiable business results. You're a relationship builder who understands how to communicate and consult with multiple levels across an organization. Being able to identify business problems and work cross-functionally to deliver solutions, as well as build relationships with key decision makers within the current accounts will be crucial to your success. You're a consultative, curious enablement professional who can strategize and craft solutions to help our customers boost sales productivity. Software savvy and love rolling up your sleeves and solving customer enablement challenges by leveraging our all-in-one enablement platform. Responsibilities: Be the single point of contact for our customers and nurture relationships and outcomes with proven sales enablement programs and practices Work with customers to understand their business needs and propose solutions to solve top revenue and performance challenges Maintain a high net retention rate; work with Renewal Account Manager to ensure on-time renewals and identify and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.) Monitor account health on an ongoing basis and conduct regular business reviews to help customers optimize their use and value of SalesHood Cultivate trustworthy relationships with each champion in your book of business Experience: 3 years Sales Enablement Industry Experience: Strong knowledge of sales tech ecosystem including training, onboarding, coaching, knowledge management, sales process, CRM, and Salesforce Proven track record in delivering ongoing value to customers Superior customer facing and communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization Business process and project management expertise Strong analytical and structured problem solving capabilities Understand and utilize the power of relationship building Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Results oriented, high energy, and self-motivated Fearless about learning and always striving to perfect your craft Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
