Columbia, United States Palmetto ENT & Allergy Full time
Job DescriptionJob Description

Palmetto ENT and Allergy is an eclectic team inspired by intellectual curiosity and a passion for exceptional patient care. Here we lead with compassion, direction, and focus so that we can lead through conscious chaos. As a Clinic Success Manager, we define success by five main components:

1. Outstanding patient care- We strive to provide our patients with excellent customer service in addition to high-quality care. We believe that this is best achieved by our team’s consistent commitment to established workflows and processes. We are dedicated to turning knowledge into action and consistently seek to improve our performance.

2. Staff growth and development- We believe you manage tasks, not people. People are developed. Our Clinic Success Managers should provide support and continual feedback with a commitment to the performance improvement and professional growth of our team members.

3. Team collaboration- Clinic Success Managers are dynamic in their role as they act as the conduit connecting team members to the goals and values of the organization while also ensuring successful on-site operations. Clinic Success Managers model the behavior and drive that are vital to our organization by working alongside staff as a member of the front office team. Additionally, Clinic Success Managers provide guidance for staff working in the back office as well as support for clinic providers. Clinic Success Managers are encouraged to collaborate with their staff as well as other team members.

4. Personal Development- We are committed to continuous professional growth both as a team and individually. Members of our organization are encouraged to be creative and, while we value humility, they are empowered to share what they learn along their journey.

5. Flexibility and process improvement- As part of our healthcare organization, our Clinic Success Managers are critical in both demonstrating the flexibility needed to work in an ever-changing landscape as well as providing feedback and support on the implementation of revised workflows and technologies. Given the number of locations as well as the scope of operations, the Clinic Success Manager’s commitment to maintaining the integrity of our processes from site to site is necessary to ensure the consistency of care for our patients across the organization.
