Role Overview We are seeking a

Principal Product Manager . They will be responsible for enabling seamless, personalized, and secure customer integrations across various applications, use cases, and member segments. Your mission will involve ensuring the accuracy and lifecycle management of member data, managing user profiles and personas, overseeing governance, linking member accounts, optimizing integration placements, resolving identity matching issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

They will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution with a strong emphasis on metrics, data-driven decision-making, and analysis. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This team aims to serve our users by enabling them to leverage their ID.me wallet in as many applications as possible.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities and prioritize features.

Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to develop innovative, wallet solutions that integrate identity verification features for business customers.

Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics for Wallet solutions, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.

Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the product team, utilizing data analysis and metrics to guide product development and prioritize features.

Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide product development.

Engage with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on digital wallet solutions, identity verification, or related technologies in B2B2C contexts.

Proven track record of launching successful consumer-facing products, ideally in the fintech, identity verification, or security space.

Strong technical background and ability to work closely with engineering teams to drive product development.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making and product analysis.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Passion for creating innovative, user-centric solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and integrate seamlessly with identity verification technologies.
