Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the management and oversight of a diverse fleet of vehicles and requires attention to detail, collaboration with various stakeholders, and adherence to government policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a motor pool of approximately 20 vehicles, with additional oversight of 2,200 vehicles at various field locations.
  • Reviewing vehicle reservations, scheduling, dispatching, and returns.
  • Handling tasks such as recharging electric vehicles, fueling when necessary, and organizing monthly car washes.
  • Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance in compliance with the General Service Administration (GSA) lease agreement.
  • Driving government vehicles to and from refueling, car wash facilities, electric vehicle recharging stations, and maintenance facilities.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including GSA Field Service Representatives and the GSA Maintenance Control Center.
  • Coordinating with field offices to track missing documentation.
  • Providing general guidance in adherence to the GSA leasing agreement.
  • Reviewing and analyzing telematics data, offering actionable corrective plans and recommendations to the Fleet Manager.
  • Promptly addressing and filing emails received in the Fleet program shared mailbox.
  • Conducting weekly patrols of the parking garage to ensure vehicles are parked correctly according to parking policy. This includes noting any violations for program records and issuing standard memos about parking policy on vehicles.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License
