POSITION SUMMARY

This role serves as a vital link between our customers and our service teams, ensuring that clients receive the necessary assistance during critical situations. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented and focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, guaranteeing that clients receive timely and effective service. This is a full-time, onsite position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the activities of project staff and technicians to ensure timely project execution within budget constraints.
  • Dispatch technicians for service and emergency requests, while promptly monitoring communications.
  • Engage with customers regarding service schedules, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all service-related information.
  • Coordinate the delivery of equipment and manage purchase orders while tracking job expenses.
  • Prepare and submit repair proposals and customer quotes for both Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Services.
  • Develop service schedules to optimize resource utilization, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
  • Utilize the company’s fleet dispatch system to ensure timely travel for dispatched services.
  • Ensure all onsite paperwork is completed accurately and professionally for both the company and the customer.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Outstanding time management, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Team-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and data entry software.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
