POSITION SUMMARY

Allmark Door Company LLC is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional leadership and support to our clientele. This role acts as a vital link between our customers and service teams, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective assistance during critical situations. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction, capable of facilitating seamless service delivery in all areas. This is a full-time, onsite position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the activities of project staff and technicians to ensure timely project completion within budget constraints.
  • Dispatching technicians for service and emergency requests while promptly monitoring communications.
  • Engaging with customers to provide updates on schedules and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Documenting and recording all relevant information regarding service needs.
  • Arranging for the procurement and delivery of equipment, rentals, and managing purchase orders while tracking associated costs.
  • Preparing repair proposals and generating customer quotes for both Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Services.
  • Creating service schedules to optimize resource utilization, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
  • Verifying travel times against the company's fleet dispatch system to ensure adherence to scheduled windows.
  • Ensuring all onsite paperwork is completed accurately and professionally.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven time management, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain resilient and adapt while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and data entry software.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
