**Inventory/AP Coordinator** **Description/Job Summary** This position supports both the Inventory and Accounts Payable Departments. The position is also responsible for various tasks and projects as given by the Director of Inventory and Accounts Payable. This associate may also handle sensitive information given by the director.

**Responsibilities/Duties** Summarizes A/P aging report and reports to director Prepares A/P Vendor Checks Summarizes A/P overtime and reports to director Prepares Inventory packets Maintains Contractor Rebate Files Maintains physical inventory files Creates A/P Vendor Codes Calculates Contractor Rebates Quarterly, Bi-Annually and Annually Formulates data from store discount reports Reviews A/P Adjustment reports and reports possible errors to director Conducts research for special files and develops spreadsheets Summarizes Area Manager Weekly inventories to report to Regional Vice President **Required Skills** Internet/Design Software Spreadsheet Software Word Processing Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. **Details** Work Environment The incumbent is located in a busy office area and is faced with constant interruptions on a regular basis. Physical Demands This position requires frequent sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. Periodically this position walks, stands and reaches. Rarely, this position climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouch or crawl. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
