Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with buying teams to select products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead training and product education sessions for staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage inventory and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate with store teams to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to manage inventory effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in retail or inventory management, with a strong background in operations and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
