To accomplish this mission, LiveRamp is looking to hire a Principal Product Manager for the Healthcare product area as we expand our capabilities into this new vertical. This role has a heavy focus on forward looking growth opportunities within LiveRamp.

A key aspect of this mission is the development of capabilities to safely and securely use data within the healthcare industry.

The Healthcare PM will be responsible for creating the vision and strategy for hardware-based approaches to privacy-enhanced data collaboration, measurement, analytics, and activation. This person will act as a customer advocate, documenting core jobs to be done and leading discovery across teams. This PM will focus on enabling healthcare customers and use cases across LiveRamp’s product suite.

To be successful, candidates must be comfortable with ambiguity and possess working knowledge of confidential computing, modern data warehouses, cloud computing, and composable infrastructure. The ability to effectively context switch is critical as you could be on a call with a VP of Marketing and diving deep into acceptance criteria with a senior engineer within the span of an hour. It is key that this Product Manager is hands on with internal teams and customers. We work in a fast-paced environment in which you are empowered to make decisions in a small team setting. We are looking for a self-starter that welcomes challenges and has fun solving complex problems to join us.

You Will:

Own the prioritization and roadmap of Healthcare products and capabilities by working closely with commercial and data sourcing teams to ensure that we have the scale and customer demand to support the needs of the market and our customers. Work closely with Commercial, Legal, Product and Engineering leadership to build a roadmap for establishing LiveRamp Healthcare products in new customers spaces. Work closely with operations and product intelligence teams to provide the right level of visibility into key 3rd party identity metrics and usage patterns to shape future product decisions. Work on multiple complex initiatives at once, across different phases of the Product Development Lifecycle. Meet with customers to understand their needs and communicate how your roadmap will address them such as Providers, Payors, Pharmaceutical providers, healthcare technology companies. Write clear, concise requirements documents, RFCs, and user stories for engineers to be able to easily understand the what and why of a product or feature idea. Manage prioritization and trade-offs within your product area, working closely with the engineering team(s) and other stakeholders. Ensure that all products that you create adhere to our stringent data ethics standards and follow the requirements of the HIPAA law. Analyze the competitive landscape of your product area including uptake in new markets to find gaps and opportunities for LiveRamp to explore. Collaborate with Commercialization, Sales Enablement, and Operational teams to educate and drive the roll out of new products that you build through product development lifecycle (PDLC) gates.

About You:

4-6+ Years of experience in a Product Management role Experience in the Healthcare vertical and understanding of industry. Firm understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) You love highly technical problems and diving in deep with Engineering on solutions. Full stack product developer: you can research, build, and defend business cases for new product development with little guidance. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Great problem solver - you thrive on finding creative solutions to poorly defined problems that impact customers. Customer obsessed - you love working closely with customers to develop solutions and new products to solve their deepest challenges. Experience with Agile software development Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)

Bonus Points:

Prior experience focused around safely enabling usage of Healthcare data. Prior experience in Identity Resolution/digital targeting/digital measurement Firm understanding of Healthcare regulations within the US Data science principles and knowledge
