Scaffolding Business Development Manager Germany (m/w/d)

werden Sie dieses neue Geschäftsfeld zunächst auf- und ausbauen und anschließend in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich weiterentwickeln. In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie eng mit den Teams für Vertrieb, Operations, Technik und Produktentwicklung in anderen europäischen Ländern sowie mit unserer Zentrale in Atlanta (USA) zusammen. Sie berichten direkt an den Regional Director of Continental Europe. Als Business Development Manager Deutschland entwickeln Siedas Bewusstsein und die Denkweise für den neuen Geschäftsbereich Gerüstbau innerhalb der DOKA Gruppe weiter treiben Siedie strategische Zielsetzung für den Bereichzusammen mit deneuropäischen Geschäftsführern und denlokalen Teams voran bauen Sie einNetzwerkrelevanter Stakeholder und Industriekontakte innerhalb des Landes auf sichten SieGeschäftspotenziale durch Analyse des Marktes mit Fokus auf verschiedene Kundengruppen (bestehende und neue) sowie auf Projekten und Wartungsverträgen stellen Sie den gesamten Verkaufsprozess für den Gerüstbau in Deuschland sicher:

KoordinationdesPre-Qualifizierungsprozesses, um potenzielle Kunden anzusprechen, ihr Interesse an einem Angebot zu bekunden und die erfolgreiche Pre-Qualifizierung des Unternehmens sicherzustellen Überprüfungdernotwendigen Anforderungenin spezifischen Projekten (Genehmigungen/Zulassungen/Lizenzen) und gegebenenfallsWeiterarbeit an deren Erfüllung Gewinnung vonneuen Aufträgen durch die Koordinierung der Anforderungen sowie die Entwicklung und Verhandlung von Verträgen Intensive Kommunikation mit Kunden, Beratern und Projektmanagern Erstellung von Angebotenund Präsentationen für den internen und externen Gebrauch

verfolgen Sie die Projektpipeline, planenKundenbesuche und treibenMarketinginitiativen für den Gerüstbau im Land voran (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team des Landes und dem HQ) Qualifikationen / Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen Intensive Erfahrung im Vertrieb und in der Geschäftsentwicklung im Bereich Gerüstbauin Deutschland Ausbildung im Bereich Technik/Bauingenieurwesen Fundierte Kenntnisse von Gerüstsystemen und -normen (einschließlich des Ringlock-Systems) Markterfahrung im Bereich Gerüst (Fokus Deutschland) bestehendes Netzwerk zu potenziellen Gerüstbaukunden und anderen wichtigen Akteuren in der Branche Fähigkeiten / Eigenschaften solide Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch diplomatisches Vorgehen und ein hohes Maß an Verhandlungsgeschick Fähigkeit, Vertrauen zu gewinnen, Beziehungen aufzubauen und Netzwerke zu knüpfen strategische Denkweise gepaart mit hohem Umsetzungsvermögen Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb des Landes Zusätzliche Informationen
