Job Opening: Business Development Manager

Job Summary: Precise Property Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This sales-focused role is integral to our growth strategy, involving prospecting, generating new leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a driven professional with a talent for identifying opportunities and building profitable relationships. Key Responsibilities: Actively prospect and generate new leads for property inspection services. Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Additional Skills: Experience in marketing and qualified lead generation is highly advantageous. Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools. Compensation: Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure.
